专利说明:
1 69629-21 / hn The present invention relates to a drawer pull-out guide with a cabinet rail to be fastened to a furniture carcass, a drawer rail to be fastened, in particular metallic, and an adjusting device for adjusting the height of the drawer relative to the drawer rail, wherein the adjusting device has an adjusting part which to limit the height of the drawer along a guideway is mounted movable limited. Furthermore, the invention relates to a piece of furniture with at least one drawer pull-out guide of the kind to be described, wherein a drawer is movably supported by this drawer pull-out guide relative to a furniture carcass. Adjustments for adjusting the height of a drawer relative to the extendable drawer rail of a drawer extension guide are already known and serve to adjust the front panel of the drawer in mounting position relative to the furniture body and relative to the front panels of adjacent drawers in the vertical direction. From DE 44 14 462 B4 such adjusting device has become known, wherein the front area of the drawer can be raised and lowered via a manually operable sliding piece. For this purpose, the sliding piece on an oblique guide slot through which the sliding piece is displaceable relative to a slanted, plate-shaped guide element of the drawer rail. The plate-shaped guide element is riveted or tumbled over a mounting plate on the drawer rail, which therefore requires an increased amount of components and additional manufacturing steps required. Object of the present invention is therefore to propose a drawer extension of the type mentioned with a simpler setting. 2 This is achieved by the features of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent subclaims. According to the invention, it is thus provided that the guideway is formed as a recess in the drawer rail. Thus, therefore, a guideway is provided for the adjustment part, which is recessed directly in the rail material of the drawer rail. The guideway can be punched or milled out of the drawer rail in a structurally simple manner. In this way, a problem-free production is possible, with no additional components are required. Due to the design in the rail material, the guideway is stable, does not need to be secured by additional means and the risk of breakage or other defect of the guideway is thereby virtually eliminated. For adjustable raising and lowering of the drawer in the front end region thereof, the guide track is formed on a frantseitigen end portion of the drawer rail. For raising and lowering the rear end region of the drawer, the guide track can also be arranged in the rear end region of the drawer rail. According to one embodiment, it may be provided that the guideway is formed in a leg of the drawer rail running vertically in the position of use and extends obliquely with respect to the horizontal. For easy adjustability of the height position of the drawer can be provided that the adjusting part is releasably lockable relative to the drawer rail at two or more predetermined locking positions. According to a development of the invention, the detents provided for fixing the detent positions can be formed separately from the guide track on the drawer rail. These detents can therefore also be omitted in the material of the drawer rail. The detents for fixing the detent positions can be formed on a leg extending vertically in the use position and / or on a leg of the drawer rail running horizontally in the position of use. The arrangement of the notches on a vertically extending leg and additionally on a horizontally extending leg of the drawer rail has the advantage that the adjustment part can be guided without tilting in the adjustment thereof relative to the drawer rail. The notches may be formed by notches formed on the drawer rail, embossing and / or projections. The furniture according to the invention has at least one drawer pull-out guide of the type in question. Further details and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description of the figures.
